Counselling & Support
The Living Well counsellor is someone you might choose to talk with if you:

  • have concerns and worries about living with HIV;
  • feel you can’t talk with anyone else;
  • feel you need support;
  • want to change some aspect of your life;
  • feel isolated and alone; or
  • have other HIV related concerns.

  • How does it work?

    Counselling works for many issues and sessions usually take place once a week and last for fifty minutes. Counselling is confidential, non judgmental and your counsellor works with and for YOU.

    How can you get a counsellor?

    Living Well's counselling service is free and currently open to anyone with HIV who lives within one of the following London boroughs:

    • Brent
    • Camden
    • Ealing
    • Hammersmith & Fulham
    • Hounslow
