own potential. This popular, one-to-one 12 session service with
a trained coach enables people to move forward and achieve
realistic yet ambitious goals. Coaching provides the structure,

Who are our coaches?
Kerr Wilson brings a broad range of experience to his
coaching. During the first 15 years of his career he worked as
an investment analyst, opened a restaurant, spent several years
in the record industry, worked as a management consultant and
ran a large barristers chambers. Ill health encouraged him to
retrain in the health field as a homeopath and nutritionist in
the early 1990’s. A growing fascination with the mind/body
connection led to further training in Neuro Linguistic
Programming. 5 years ago he trained as a coach – the missing
link to enable clients to move from what wasn’t working to
making the changes that would enable them to create the lives
they wanted. Qualifications: Kerr has an honours degree
in Law & Business Studies, is a certified homeopath, a certified
Master Practitioner of NLP and a certified NLP Coach through
ITS. He is a member of the ICF.
Jessica Raby has been working with people in
a broad range of environments for over 20 years. Prior to
becoming a coach, she was a business analyst for a major blue
chip consultancy. She left to train as a coach and work for
herself. She comes from a health background originally, having
trained as a physiotherapist and an ergonomics consultant,
working with people to manage their health and prevent injuries
at work. In all her roles she has interacted and worked with
people at all levels in an organisation. She loves helping
people re-connect to what is important to them, and to get back
to work after a career break. Qualifications: Jessica’s
qualifications include a degree in Physiotherapy and a master’s
in Ergonomics. She is a certified coach, with Results Coaching
Systems and is an ICF (International Coach Federation) Associate
Certified Coach. She has done further courses in solution
focused coaching, stress management, and cognitive behaviour
therapy. In addition to her work with Living Well Jessica is an
executive coach.
Daren Brady has taught and mentored adults, children
and teenagers for 20 years. Previously he independently set up
numerous projects including the highly successful accommodation
service - Outlet. He has coached 100’s of employees, colleagues
and clients from all backgrounds. He is a fully qualified
teacher and graduated from the Personal Development courses
‘Landmark Forum’ and Landmark Advanced’. Darren has trained with
the Coaches Training Institute and The Coaching Academy and
recently completed an intensive 1 year mentoring program with
Chance UK and has completed his Reiki 1st and 2nd Degree.
Originally from Manchester, Darren has lived in New York,
Barcelona and Havana. He has lived in London on and off for 17
years. Qualifications: BA Hons. Post Graduate Certificate
in Education. Landmark ‘Personal Development’ Graduate.
Completed an intensive 1 year mentoring program with Chance UK.
Studied with The Coaching Academy and The Coaches Training
Institute.
